Modernization of 36/3 and 36/4 residue oil deasphalting installations is performed.
The goal
- to increase installations productivity on feed;
- to increase phase mass-exchange effectiveness;
- to increase deasphalting oil yield.
Technical solution
- replacement of extractors with the new ones of bigger diameter and height produced by IMPA Engineering Ltd;
- use of regular packingRN-IMPA-01 produced by IMPA Engineering Ltd;
- use of redistribution of streams;
- use of feed preparation devices with jet mixers SSR-IMPA-01 produced by IMPA Engineering Ltd.
