Conference Base Oils and Lubricants in Russia and the CIS

Technical director of IMPA Engineering Ltd V.M. Teplov take part in the conference with the report "Modernization of extraction equipment of installations for lube-oil selective treatment and residue oil deasphalting with use of modern contacting devices IMPA".

The main summary of the conference is that in Russian oil refining industry there is an aim to improve quality of Group I mineral base oil whose sales volume is more than 50%. IMPA Engineering Ltd offers to achive the aim by means of considerable efficiency improvement of basic processes of lubricants production, namely, residue oil deasphalting, refining of distilled oil and deasphalting oil, and gives the examples of completed modernizations.
