Russia & CIS Refining & Petrochemicals Equipment Conference & Exhibition

On the conference, Technical director of IMPA Engineering Ltd V.M. Teplov performed the report and presentation "Reconstruction of extraction units of residue oil deasphalting installations ".

IMPA Engineering Ltd implemented acquisition of source data, development of preliminary designs of extraction columns, delivery of equipment namely the columns, structured packing sets, jet mixers, fulfilled supervision of mounting, fettling and commisioning and experimental-industrial runs.

As a result of reconstruction, productivity on feed increased by 23%, deasphalting oil yield increased by 30%, solvent/feed ratio reduced.
